Are my videos uploaded to the internet?

No, never. VertoLab processes everything on your computer, with your CPU and graphics card. Your files never leave your machine, and we have no access to them. There's no account to create either.

Is it a subscription?

No. VertoLab Pro is a one-time payment: you pay once and the software is yours for life, updates included. No monthly charge.

What's the difference between the free and Pro versions?

The free version is complete for discovering the app, but adds a small watermark on exports and limits some options (resolution, number of shorts per batch). The Pro version removes the watermark and unlocks everything: 1080p/max, batches, editor, karaoke, thumbnails, all caption designs.

Which devices does VertoLab run on?

VertoLab runs today on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Mac, iOS and Android versions are planned and will be covered by the same license.

Does my PC need to be powerful?

No, but a recent graphics card (AMD, NVIDIA or Intel) greatly speeds up rendering. VertoLab uses your GPU's hardware encoder when available, and falls back to the CPU otherwise.

Can I monetize the videos I create?

Yes. Your videos are entirely yours and you can publish and monetize them freely. Be careful with music though: only add tracks you hold the rights to — the easiest is to add the trending sound directly from TikTok's library when publishing.

Can I get a refund?

Windows shows "unknown publisher" at install — is that normal?
